Lego as building blocks have been in use in classroom teaching since our inception. Spatial understanding, computational concepts of math, designing structures, mechanical and engineering attributes comprise the large learning area through Lego. Even before STEM curriculum got implemented through Lego this year in all grades, we have been using Lego and its lessons in improving learner competency in building meaningful structures – simple to complex. For years, our students have been champions in various categories in Lego and Robotics competitions across the world.
